My Haunted Hotel, also known as Ye Olde Kings Head. is a 400 year old inn at the heart of one of the UK's most historic and haunted city's, Chester. Over the last couple of years since the 'My Haunted' project began, the hotel has documented over 1000 eye witness accounts and continues to do so on a weekly basis.
My Haunted Hotel offers both new and experienced paranormal enthusiasts 3 floors to investigate, and is home to the UK's most haunted artifact, The Grace Doll. There, you will also find a Haunted Museum full of reportedly haunted items from around the world.
Led by an experienced team, My Haunted Hotel captures every spine-tingling moment through an intricate network of cameras, documenting the eerie occurrences that unfold within its haunted halls. If something happens, it's captured!

You must be over the age of 18 to attend My Haunted Hotel. Photo ID showing proof of age may be required
Beds are provided by My Haunted Hotel. However we recommend bringing your own sleeping bag as it can get cold in the building.
No problem. My Haunted Hotel is open to everyone over the age of 18. If you've never done a paranormal investigation before, our expert team will be on hand to brief you before you begin. They will guide you throughout the night from the control room. You will be given walkie talkies to stay in communication with the team and they can answer any questions during the night.
My Haunted Hotel is covered in night-vision cameras. These will be recording the events of the night. By attending the event you agree that you waive all rights for your image to be used in the My Haunted branding, in any future endeavour of "My Haunted" brand, including the online episodes or being live streamed online.
Due to the nature of the episodes and the number of bookings at the venue, we can not guarantee anyone will be in an episode of My Haunted Hotel, the editors reserve the right to include or not include any part of your night.
All rooms have en-suite toilets with showers (please bring your own towels and toiletries). There are also toilets on the middle and lower floors available to use during the night.
While your night takes place in My Haunted Hotel, a building which is over 400 years old, We cannot guarantee any paranormal activity during your stay. Our team work on the principle of trying to debunk and explain activity first before deeming it paranormal. As a genuine paranormal investigation, any guest thought to be staging or faking any events during their night at My Haunted Hotel will be asked to leave without refund.
For safety, Drugs and/or alcohol are not permitted at My Haunted Hotel. Guests believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event without refund.

Upcoming dates for My Haunted Hotel are listed below. All tickets must be booked via the website at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in is at 8:30pm and check-out is at 12 midday the following day.

The price is PER ROOM. Each room sleeps up to 2 guests. A room for 3, and a room for 4 people are available, but are limited.
Note: Room numbers are assigned randomly to guests and you are unable to select which room you sleep in.
EXPERIENCE MY HAUNTED HOTEL:
Now comes the time to put on your brave pants! Spend the night in one of the countries most haunted buildings. Your entire investigation will be filmed from cameras placed around the building and your highlights could make it into an episode of My Haunted Project that can be viewed online. HERE
